Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using our services at Pressprints.co. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Company’s services.

Artwork Requirements:

1.1. Artwork files must be submitted in one of the following file formats: pdf, psd, ai, png, eps, cdr, tiff, Jpeg, etc.
1.2. Artwork files should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
1.3. A 2-inch bleed area is recommended to ensure that text and images are not affected by finishing options.

Print Ready Files & Approvals:

2.1. Upon receiving artwork files, we convert them into print-ready files.
2.2. All artwork files are converted to CMYK format before printing, which may cause slight color variance.
2.3. We will email you the print-ready files for your approval.
2.4. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the print-ready files, including colors, spellings, and layouts.
2.5. You must reply to the email approving the print-ready files; failure to do so will result in non-printing.
2.6. Delays in processing your order due to a delayed reply are not our responsibility.
2.7. Print-ready file approval emails received after 12 pm will be considered orders for the following day. Please confirm delivery dates with us before placing your order.

Product Quality Expectations:

3.1. Our printed products are designed to be viewed from a distance of more than two meters.
3.2. If you are expecting extremely sharp printing similar to HD photographs, please note that our printing may not meet that high specification.
3.3. We recommend reviewing samples of our printed products on our website to ensure they fulfill your requirements.
3.4. All finishing services are provided free of charge, and no warranties are provided for wear and tear.
3.5. While we take care to prepare products to the exact size ordered, there may be a 3-4 cm variance in the final finished product.
3.6. Banners under 10 ft in height will be printed in a single piece, up to 164 ft. Banners exceeding 10 ft in height and width may have seamless joints using super glue if necessary. Joints will be perfectly aligned with the design.

Deliveries & Packaging:

4.1. Orders are printed and dispatched within 5-6 working days.
4.2. We do not accept responsibility for products not received before your event date if the order is placed close to the event.
4.3. Delivery timescales begin from the point when the print-ready files approval email is received.
4.4. Products larger than 110 cm x 110 cm will be folded, causing creases and potential discoloration on the folded areas.
4.5. Products that cannot be folded due to rigidity will be sent through a special courier.
4.6. If you require your order to be sent rolled instead of folded, please inform us before placing your order to receive cost information.

Express Service / Urgent Deliveries:

5.1. Express service is available for urgent orders, with delivery options within 24, 48, or 72 hours.
5.2. Express service charges vary depending on the order value.
5.3. Orders must be finalized by 1 pm to ensure next-day
